All services rendered by the designer are provided strictly in accordance with a written agreement. Any work, revisions, or deliverables requested outside the scope of the base agreement shall constitute additional services and will be billed separately at the designer’s prevailing rates.

Payment for services is due in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Failure to remit payment in full by the specified due date may result in the suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, and/or the initiation of legal or collection actions to recover the outstanding balance. The client shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and court costs.
